What do I need to know about the change to the Premium/Metal/Ultra Account travel insurance provider?

On the 13 November 2023, we're changing our insurance partner for the travel insurance, personal liability, car hire excess and winter sports cover that comes with your Revolut Premium/Metal/Ultra plan to Chubb European Group SE. There will be no changes to the coverage provided.

Our new travel insurance partner Chubb European Group SE will provide your travel insurance from 13 November 2023 if you’re a new Premium/Metal/Ultra customer, and from 13 December 2023 if you’re an existing Premium/Metal/Ultra customer. If your Premium/Metal account renews between 13 November 2023 and 12 December 2023, your travel insurance provider after renewal will be Chubb. You can check your Insurance Policy renewal date by going to 'Lifestyle' in the bottom menu → 'Insure' → 'Travel' → select a type → 'All Documents' → 'Statement of Insurance' → check 'Start date'.

These changes also mean that Revolut Ltd. (FCA registration number 975775) arranges your travel insurance with Chubb European Group SE. When distributing this insurance, Revolut Ltd. is acting as an appointed representative of Revolut Travel Limited (FCA registration number 780586).
