How do I get an update on an Ultra trip and event cancellation protection existing claim?

Qover are responsible for the management of all Ultra trip and event cancellation protection claims. Revolut doesn't have access to your claim and can't confirm your eligibility for cover. You must contact Qover directly to check on an existing claim. 

Qover's contact information can be found in-app: 

  1. Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
  2. Tap 'Insurance'
  3. Choose 'Travel' and select the cover type 'Cancel for any reason'
  4. Tap 'Get help'
