How to download a statement for an active account
All documents can be found in-app.
To download a statement for an active Savings account from the app:
- Go to 'Savings'
- Tap 'More'
- Select 'Statement'
- Choose the timeframe you want to generate a statement for
- Tap 'Generate'
How to download a statement for a closed account
All documents can be found in-app.
To download a statement for a closed Savings account from the app:
- Tap the profile icon in the top-left corner
- Select 'Documents & statements'
- Choose 'Savings'
How to view the T&Cs
In the app:
- Go to 'Home' on the bottom menu
- Below your balance, tap 'Accounts'
- Select your Savings account
- Select 'Info' and select 'Documents'
- Choose 'Terms and conditions'
