Fees for cash withdrawals

Whether you convert your funds before or at the time of a withdrawal, you are subject to currency exchange fees and weekend fees.

Cash withdrawal fees

All ATM withdrawals are subject to our cash withdrawal fee. As part of our plan benefits, this fee is waived for a certain amount of withdrawals each rolling month, depending on your plan. You can increase your fee-free limit by upgrading to a higher-tier plan.

  • Standard: £200 (or 5 withdrawals, whichever comes first)
  • Plus: £200
  • Premium: £400
  • Metal: £800
  • Ultra: £2,000

A 2% or £1 fair usage fee applies thereafter.

These fees do not reflect any fees that may be charged by the ATM.
