The Payment Services Directive (PSD 2) requires us to enforce certain security measures for our card payments.

For contactless payments, you need to verify your identity by performing a chip and PIN transaction or reset your contactless allowance in the app.

For online payments, you may occasionally need to confirm the payment in the app. The merchant website will prompt you to do so when this is required during the checkout process.
