How to block and unblock a merchant?

  1. From the 'Home' screen, tap your profile icon on the top-left corner
  2. Chose 'Security'
  3. Tap on 'Merchant and payments'
  4. Chose 'Blocked payments'

To block a merchant

Tap 'Add new' and select a previous payment from the desired merchant to be blocked. 

To unblock a merchant

Tap on the merchant you want to unblock and simply tap on 'Unblock payments'.

It can also be done directly on transactions that had a merchant blocked.

You can only have a maximum of 5 active blocks in place, and block up to 3 different merchants within a 30-day period.
