If you recognise the subscription payment, you can review the transaction and unfreeze your card in the Cards section (the card icon in the top right). The merchant might re-attempt the payment, if not, please get in touch with the merchant to re-try.
If you don't recognise the subscription, please try to recall if you made any payments to this merchant in the past. It's possible you were offered a trial that ended or your subscription is part of a third-party deal, contact the merchant to clarify it. Learn how to block the subscription payments in our app here.
If you still don't recognise the transaction or it is not possible to contact the merchant, terminate your card and order a new one in the Cards section (the card icon in the top right).
