All customers can spend, withdraw, and exchange foreign currencies during the week without additional fees, up to a certain amount based on your plan. After this, you'll be charged an exchange fee.

Age-restricted vendors, such as gambling establishments or adult content providers, are not available for customers aged 16–17.

All merchants have a 'merchant category code', and this is how we recognise what type of merchant they are. If you receive a notification saying 'This merchant isn't supported', it’s likely that they have an incorrect category code.

We apply weekly limits for card payments based on the merchant's registered business type. Read more about the limits in this FAQ.
