Finding your gift voucher redemption code

How to find your gift voucher redemption code

We’re currently updating our gift voucher offering. As a result, the previous gift voucher section is no longer available in the Revolut app. However, you can still locate the redemption code for any vouchers you bought previously by following these steps in-app.

For the gift voucher sender:

  1. From the 'Home' screen, go to your transaction list and locate the gift voucher purchase, or type 'Gift card' in the search bar
  2. Tap the transaction to view more details
  3. Tap 'View redemption details'

The redemption code will be displayed under 'Gift code' along with a description and instructions for claiming the voucher. 

For the gift voucher receiver:

Please ask the sender to follow the in-app steps above to retrieve the redemption code for you.
