Report fraudulent activity or transaction

If you believe you've been scammed or your account may be at risk, it is recommended that you:

  1. Immediately end any type of communication with the suspect/scammer.
  2. Contact all financial institution(s) involved.
  3. Report the incident to the police.

To report a transaction:

  1. Find the transaction in your payment history.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap 'Get help'.
  3. Select the relevant option.

To report phishing-related activity:

If you’ve received a suspicious text, call, or email, please fill out this form.

To freeze or terminate a card:

  1. Go to your 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right.
  2. Find the card and tap 'Freeze'.
  3. After this, you can easily 'Replace' or 'Terminate' it.
