Why is my transaction pending?

If you see a 🕐 pending payment:

👉 The funds will remain on hold until the transaction is either completed (merchant collects the funds) or cancelled (the funds returned to you).

👉 If the merchant cancels a transaction before it is completed, then it may remain 'pending' for some time. To check when the funds will be returned, find the transaction here and tap on it to see the exact release date.

In case the transaction remains pending even after the specified date — tap on 'Get help' under the transaction, let us know and we will revert it manually.
