Refund is not showing up in my statement

Refunds take 5 business days, but can take up to 15 business days in some scenarios.

If a refund hasn't appeared and the timeframe has passed:

  1. Check relevant currency balances. If the payment was in USD but charged to your EUR account, check both EUR and USD accounts. 
  2. Merchants can either complete the transaction and then refund the money separately, or revert the initial transaction and release the money. Check if either of these methods was used. 
  3. Make sure the refund was sent to your Revolut card and not another payment option.
  4. Contact the merchant.
