Why is my refund pending?
A pending refund means that the merchant has prepared a refund but hasn't completed it yet. Once finalised, the refunded amount is credited to your available balance.
Speeding up the refund process isn't within our control — it depends on the policies of the merchant.
Refund processing times vary based on merchant policies. While we aim to expedite refunds, please allow time for them to appear in your account. Typically, refunds take up to 5 business days, but this can vary. If you see a pending refund, it should be credited shortly.
Merchants can either refund separately after completing a transaction, or revert the initial transaction to release the money.
