When does my ATM withdrawal limit reset?
We would like to emphasize that the limit resets on a rolling monthly basis. This means that the reset date is not fixed to the last day of each month, but instead is based on the day your current price plan began.
To give an example, if your price plan started on the 15th of the month, your withdrawal limit will reset on the 15th of each following month.
How to check the ATM withdrawal limit reset date and remaining allowance?
- Go to 'Profile' section
- Tap on 'Your plan'
- Under 'Your limits' section, you will see ATM withdrawals
You can check the exact limit refresh date and the remaining allowance for the current rolling month.
