Why is my ATM withdrawal pending?

When you withdraw cash from an ATM, the funds are deducted from your available balance and held in a pending transaction until the ATM owner collects the money to complete the withdrawal. The ATM owner may need some time to complete the transaction.

When will the funds be released if the ATM didn't dispense the money and the transaction is pending?

You can check the exact reversal date for a pending transaction in the app, just tap on the transaction. You should see the reversal date in the 'Status' section.
