What to do if my card was lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please follow the below steps:

If your card is lost or stolen, go to 💳 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right → select the card → tap on ⚙️ 'Settings' → 'Replace card'.

A discount will be applied to the card order. The estimated delivery date will be provided once you've placed the order.

For lost or stolen <18 card: open your child's <18 account → tap on their card → 'Freeze' the card → choose 'Report lost or stolen' → tap 'Report & deactivate' → press 'Order new <18 card'.

To report potential fraud, submit our online chargeback form by heading to 'Transactions' → choose 'Get help'. Find out more about the process here.

You won't be able to reactivate the reported card as it'll be terminated by Revolut for security purposes.
