I have not received my card. When will my card be delivered?

If you haven't received your card, follow these steps:

  • Go to 'Cards' → Tap on the card → Select 'Track Delivery' for an estimated delivery date.
  • If the delivery date has passed, select 'Reorder this card' to get a replacement.

To prevent delivery issues, verify your address before ordering.

In the case of issues like an opened envelope, terminate and reorder. Delivery times may extend during holidays.
