Chromatic Card
Our Chromatic cards are available to the UK, EEA, and Switzerland customers on paid plans. The cards are free to order for users that upgrade to any higher tier plan before the end of the promotional date displayed in-app. Paid plan users that don't upgrade (including Metal plan users), or those that want to purchase the card after the end of the promotion, will be able to do so for a fee, as displayed in-app. The Chromatic cards will be shipped by standard delivery, for free.
How do I order a Chromatic card?
- Go to the 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right
- Tap 'Add new'
- Choose 'Debit card'
- Select the 'Chromatic' card and complete your order
I can't find the Chromatic card
Make sure you've got the latest version of the app installed and check again.
What's so special about the Chromatic card?
Our Chromatic card appears to be a different colour from every angle you look at it. This effect is achieved through the use of a holographic foil under the top layer of plastic. This card is also made using a 60% recycled PVC core.
We have a limited number of cards for this campaign, so your card will only be available for as long as we have it in stock.
