How do I claim IHG rewards?
You don’t need to manually claim IHG rewards. Revolut tracks what you earn from your co‑branded card and sends points and rewards to IHG automatically, as long as your IHG One Rewards account is linked.
When points are sent
IHG One Rewards points you earn from card spend are grouped and sent to your IHG One Rewards account on a rolling 14‑day cycle, based on when you subscribed.
If you’ve just made a transaction, your points will be included in the next scheduled send.
Points are earned on eligible, completed card transactions. Refunds or reversals reduce points accordingly.
When rewards and benefits are awarded
When you complete a welcome offer, earn an extra Elite Night Credit, or reach spend for a Cardmember Choice Reward, Revolut shares this with IHG.
IHG then applies the reward or benefit to your IHG One Rewards account. This may take up to 1 business day.
If something looks wrong
- Check that your IHG One Rewards account is linked and active in the Revolut app and that enough time has passed
- If you still don’t see expected points or rewards, you can contact Revolut for card and earning problems, or IHG for questions about your IHG One Rewards account
