How does my IHG membership work?

To receive IHG One Rewards points and benefits from your IHG x Revolut card, you need an IHG One Rewards account linked in the Revolut app.

How to link IHG One Rewards account

You can link your existing account by entering your IHG One Rewards member ID in the Revolut app. Revolut verifies the details with IHG (using your last name and member ID) to confirm the match.

If you don't have an IHG One Rewards account, you can create one directly from the Revolut app.

What happens if no IHG One Rewards account is linked

If you don’t enter a valid member ID within 14 days of opening your co‑branded account, Revolut will send an enrolment request to IHG to create (or match) an IHG One Rewards account for you, using details such as your name and email.

IHG will then try to match you to an existing account (if found) or create a new member ID.

What happens to points and benefits before linking

IHG One Rewards points can be accrued in Revolut systems before your IHG One Rewards account is linked, but they can’t be deposited to IHG until a valid member ID exists.

Once your IHG account is created or linked, points and benefits can be processed to your IHG One Rewards account as normal.
