If your subscription is declined due to insufficient balance, you need to top up your account to ensure you have enough funds. By adding funds to your account, you'll be able to cover the subscription fee if the merchant re-attempts to charge your account.
The merchant might automatically re-attempt to charge the amount. In case it does not happen, please contact the merchant.

To block the subscription in-app, go to your Transaction list → See all → Upcoming payments → select the transaction → Block subscription payment.
👉 Blocking the subscription in the app doesn't cancel it and merchants can still try to charge you through other means, so please contact them if required.
