Transfer hasn't arrived

Tap on any transfer you’ve sent in your transaction history to view its estimated arrival date or track it.

Cancel a transfer

You can cancel or change the date for a scheduled transfer anytime before it executes by tapping on it in your scheduled payments tab. You can find your scheduled payments by tapping the calendar icon in the 'Payments' tab. If the transfer was already sent, tap on the transfer in your transaction history for cancellation options.

Transfer failed or reverted

To check the reason your transfer failed or was reverted, tap the transfer in your transaction history.

Insufficient funds for a scheduled transfer

If there's not enough money in your account or assigned pocket, the transfer will fail. We won't re-attempt the transfer, you'll need to top-up and then initiate a one-time transfer.
