Which conditions must I meet to qualify for purchase protection insurance?

To be eligible for this insurance:

  • You must have had a Revolut Plus, Premium, Metal or Ultra subscription continuously (i.e. without interruption) from the time of the goods or tickets purchase (subject to your upgrade) until the claim notification. In other words, if you were a Revolut Plus, Premium, Metal or Ultra customer when you purchased the item but have stopped your subscription since, you will not be eligible
  • You must be at least 18 years old
