Can I use this insurance for my travel visa application?
We can't guarantee that the level of cover offered by this travel insurance meets all travel visa requirements you may have. Check your policy wording for full details and compare it to the requirements outlined by the visa authority you are applying to.
We can't provide any additional documents except for the statement of insurance that can be used for a travel visa application. However, we can't guarantee that it will be accepted by the government institution.
To download your statement of insurance in-app:
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
- Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Travel'
- Choose a cover type
- Tap 'All documents' and select 'Statement of Insurance'
The statement of insurance available in-app only contains your name as an insured traveller. If you need a version of the document with your eligible insured companions or children (learn more about who’s eligible for cover in this FAQ), contact us.

From 25 July 2024, travel insurance will no longer be offered as a benefit with the Premium plan.
