How do I make a travel insurance claim?

Incident on or after 13 December 2023

If you have a travel insurance policy and an incident happened on or after 13 December 2023, your insurance provider is Chubb.

For medical and other emergencies abroad, the Chubb assistance helpline is open 24/7 at +44 (0) 203 964 3005.

Incident between 16 May 2023 – 13 December 2023 

If you had a travel insurance policy and an incident happened between 16 May 2023 – 13 December 2023, your insurance provider was Cover Genius.

If you haven't previously activated your account:

  1. Find the XCover confirmation email in your inbox and follow the instructions to set up your XCover account. If you can't locate the XCover confirmation email, this article may help. The email address for your XCover account must be the same as your Revolut account
  2. Log in to your XCover account at XCover.com
  3. Tap 'Make a claim' and follow the instructions to submit a claim
