• Tap this link or go to 'Home' on the bottom menu, look for the search bar at the top of the screen, and search for 'Insurance'
• Then, select 'Pet insurance'
• From there, open your pet's profile
• Tap 'See more' beside the plan details
• Select 'Get help' and tap 'Cancel policy'

To confirm you understand the information provided and wish to cancel your policy:

• Tap 'Cancel policy'
• Select 'Continue'
• Provide your feedback on why you are cancelling
• Once done, tap 'Confirm cancellation'
• Select 'Got it'
