How do I cancel my Pet Insurance policy?

You can cancel your Pet Insurance policy in-app

  • Go to 'Lifestyle' on the bottom menu
  • Tap 'Insurance' and select 'Pet insurance'
  • From there, open your pet's profile
  • Tap 'See more' beside the plan details
  • Select 'Get help' and tap 'Cancel policy'

To confirm you understand the information provided and wish to cancel your policy:

  • Tap 'Cancel Policy'
  • Select 'Continue'
  • Provide your feedback on why you are cancelling
  • Once done, tap 'Confirm cancellation'
  • Select 'Got it'
