What if some of my transactions are missing?

If you notice any transactions are missing from your bank feed, but you can see them in your online bank, follow the steps below:

  • Check the status of the bank feed. Any known issues with bank feeds will be shown on the Bank Feed Status page
  • In your bank feed, check the 'Completed' tab to make sure the transactions aren't already processed
  • Try reauthorising your bank feed
  • Try to reconnect your bank feed
