Not all lanes allow free cancellation. When booking your Fast Track pass in-app, before checkout, you'll be able to see whether or not free cancellation is possible. You’ll also see the time limits to request a cancellation.

Free cancellations and refunds are only available if you cancel before the deadline. After this window passes, your pass becomes non-refundable.

If the lane you have booked a Fast Track pass for allows you to cancel your pass, you can do so in the Revolut app:

• Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu of the Revolut app
• Select Fast Track
• Select the pass you want to cancel under 'Active passes'
• Select 'Manage booking', then 'Cancel booking'

If you don't see this option, it's because the lane you booked does not allow for cancellation.
