Will every bank use Confirmation of payee in Confirmation of Payee?
No. It is up to individual banks (and payment providers) to decide how exactly to roll out Confirmation of Payee to their customers. If a participants’ bank is not participating in Confirmation of Payee, you will see the message “The account name can’t be checked”.
