Statements for transactions

Transaction statements contain the following information:

  • Company name
  • Registered address
  • Account name and details
  • Currency account
  • Transactions from a chosen time range that can be filtered by your account(s), card(s), currencies(s) and more

Transaction statement download

  1. Go to 'Home' on the main menu
  2. Click the three dots '...' and select 'Statements'
  3. Choose 'Transaction statement' and filter by date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document 
  4. Click 'Generate' to download a file as a PDF or CSV file or share the statement via email (other formats are not supported)

If you’re not on the new app interface:

  1. Go to 'Home' on the main menu in your Revolut Business app
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner and go to 'Account & documents' 
  3. Select 'Statements 'and then 'Account statement'
  4. Select the accounts, date range, and if you want a signed and stamped document
  5. Click 'Generate' to download a file or share the statement via email

Documents are in the language your Revolut Business app is currently set up in the 'Appearance' settings.

Can't access statements

To download statements, you need permissions to manage accounts. Ask your account owner or admin to grant you access.
