What should I do if I can't log into the Revolut POS app?
To log in to Revolut POS app, you'll need to use your Revolut Business credentials (email and password/passcode) and confirm your login on your Revolut Business app. Read What credentials should I use to log in to Revolut POS on iPad? for more information.
To lock your register without logging out, tap the lock icon at the top right of the register screen. The screen will lock, and you can unlock it using your 4-digit staff passcode. Find staff passcodes in the web portal under 'Team' → 'Edit member' → 'Passcode'.
