Who is Rita?
Rita is our Revolut chatbot, and she's here to assist you with any questions about our services that you may have. However, she’s not able to perform complex actions like checking your account balance, locating your transfer, or helping you with identity verification.
To start a chat with Rita:
- Tap on your profile picture or initials (in the top left corner)
- Open the 'Help' section
- Choose a relevant category
- Select a topic you need help with
- Tap the Chat with us button
After tapping the button, a chat will open, and there you’ll meet Rita! If Rita isn't able to resolve your issue, she’ll redirect you to one of our support agents.
If the article doesn't fully address your issue, we're still here to help! For specific topics, a 'Chat with us' button is available for immediate assistance. If you don’t see this option, it means we have other tailored support channels for your query. Please visit our Contact Us page for a range of options to resolve your concern.
