How can I share vulnerable circumstances affecting my finances or interactions with Revolut?
At Revolut, we understand how certain circumstances in life can impact your finances and the way you interact with us.
When we face difficult situations, we can feel vulnerable — emotionally, mentally, or physically.
What is vulnerability?
Examples of vulnerable circumstances include, but aren't limited to:
- Addiction (e.g. alcoholism, gambling)
- Disability (e.g. injury, visual impairment)
- Financial difficulty
- Grief
- Mental health challenges
We want to give you the right kind of financial support, no matter what. By sharing your circumstances with us through the Tell us something form, we can understand you and your needs better.
Filling out the form isn't mandatory and anything you share with us is strictly confidential.
I've already filled out the form
If you filled out the form, here are some points to consider:
- If you need to update your circumstances, we recommend completing the form again
- If you feel the information you’ve shared with us isn't relevant or no longer impacts your finances or interactions with Revolut, you can let us know via this form. We'll take care of removing the information from your file
