Why are you restricting my account? What can I do under the restrictions?
As a financial institution, we're required by law to collect and report information on all of your tax residencies. As a result, we'll be unable to offer full access to all of our features until you give us the necessary tax details.
You'll be unable to receive money to your Revolut account after the date of restriction found in the emails we sent you. This means, no one can send you money, and you'll be unable to top up your Revolut account by any other means.
Although, you'll be able to spend the existing funds in your account.
To remove the restrictions, simply tap on the link found in the emails we send you, or on the in-app tile. Once all your tax details have been submitted, the restrictions will be lifted automatically!
