Is there a limit to how many withdrawals I can make with Payday?
There’s no limit to the number of withdrawals you can make. However, it’s important to us that you’re using Payday in a way that doesn’t cost you too much as a result of the flat fee that’s charged for each withdrawal.
So that we can be confident the product remains suitable for your needs, we’ll look at things such as:
- the number of withdrawals you’ve made in a pay cycle; and
- the proportion of your earned salary you’ve withdrawn in a pay cycle
If we consider your use of Payday to be excessive, we’ll provide you with a warning of the risks of overuse. If this persists over a prolonged period, we may limit your access to Payday to safeguard you against the risk of overuse.
We want you to withdraw advances responsibly, meaning that you leave sufficient funds to cover your expected expenses in the following month / pay period.
