I'm having trouble using my Revolut Terminal

You might have trouble using your Revolut Terminal for several reasons:

  • You don't have an active Revolut Pro account: check if you have any requests in-app
  • Your terminal's internet connection is unstable: without an active connection, you won't be able to take payments. We advise you to connect your device to our included eSIM
  • Your Revolut Terminal is not up to date. Restart your device twice to force the update
