Can I cancel a Revolut Pro payment request or invoice?

If a payment request or invoice hasn't been paid by your customer, you can cancel it. You can do so by:

  • Go to Home → tap account selector below your balance → scroll down until you find 'Pro' → tap 'See all sales'.
  • Select the required payment request or invoice and tap 'Cancel'.

If the payment request or invoice was already paid by your customer, you'll need to send them a refund. This option will be available on the payment request entry you've selected.

If it has been more than 30 days since you created the payment request, then the request will have already expired, and you'll not have to do anything about it.
