Why haven’t I received my Revolut Pro referral reward?
With our Revolut Pro referral promotion, eligible Revolut Pro customers (the referrer) can earn a reward for inviting another Revolut customer (the invitee) to open a Revolut Pro account.
The invitee can also receive a reward when they successfully sign up and complete the required activation steps. If the invitee doesn’t complete these steps on time, neither the referrer nor the invitee will receive a reward.
I referred someone and haven’t received my reward
If you referred someone and haven’t received your reward, it’s likely your invitee:
- didn’t use your unique referral link to sign up
- didn’t complete all the required steps before the deadline
- was already part of another referral campaign
- had already signed up for a Revolut Pro account before the promotion
- didn’t meet the residency or eligibility requirements
- had their Revolut account restricted, suspended, or closed when the reward was due
- didn’t complete the required card payments using their Revolut Pro account
- or you may have reached the max. number of referrals rewards (10) allowed for the campaign
