I have not received my cashback for over 90 days. How do I claim the missing cashback?

To minimise any chance of your cashback going missing, please ensure you are not using an ad blocker on your device. Both Android and iOS devices allow “cross-site tracking” to be turned off, which will prevent us from tracking your purchase correctly. Check your settings in Safari or other browsers if you are unsure.
