Change my Revtag

How to update your Revtag

  1. Open our mobile app
  2. Go to your 'Profile' (top left of 'Home' screen)
  3. Tap 'Account'
  4. Tap 'Personal details'
  5. Tap on your Revtag to change it

Previous Revtags will become inactive and won’t be able to be used by other customers. However, you can switch back to an old Revtag at any time.

Restrictions on Revtag changes

  • You can only change your Revtag twice, excluding switching back to an old Revtag
  • Your Revtag must be unique and can't be taken by another customer
  • Your Revtag must be between 3 and 16 characters
  • Your Revtag can only contain numbers 0–9 and letters A–Z in the English alphabet
