What documents are not supported?

Submitting a live image of a fully readable and supported document is one of the requirements for obtaining a fully functional account.

Regulatory requirements in line with our T&Cs require you to submit the documents of your national country or country of residence.

Some documents are not supported and cannot be approved when trying to open and use a Revolut account.

These documents include (but are not limited to):

  • Visit, Tourist or Schengen Visa
  • Public Service Card
  • Age Card
  • Photo Card
