Reverification can be requested for various different reasons. However, most of the cases are related to expired documents or to changes in the documents we can accept.
To re-verify your account, tap your profile on the top left of the screen → 'Account' → 👤 'Personal details' → 'Verify My Identity' and upload a picture of your document.
You can use the following documents:
- National ID card

If you receive any suspicious links or phone calls asking you to re-verify your identity, don't provide any information about your account.
