Report phishing - suspicious email, call, text, or link

If you notice an unrecognised transaction on your account, freeze your card immediately:

Tap the card icon in the top right corner and head to 'Cards' → find your card and select 'Freeze'.

If you believe your card has been used fraudulently, please fill out our chargeback form so we can help with the issue. Check how to do it here.

If you've received a suspicious SMS or email, please fill out the form to report it.
