Redeeming RevPoints with Airline Miles
RevPoints can be redeemed and transferred into Airline Miles at a ratio of up to 1:1, depending on the partner. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 999,999 points can be transferred per transaction.
Transfers to airline loyalty programmes are final and non-reversible under any circumstances. RevPoints converted to Airline Miles can't be converted back to RevPoints or to cash.
How long does it take to receive my miles?
RevPoints are deducted from your balance immediately when you confirm the transfer. The miles are then credited to your airline loyalty account usually within minutes, but some airline partners can take up to 2 working days.
If your miles still haven't appeared after 2 working days, contact the airline's loyalty programme directly with your transfer reference.
How many miles do I need for a flight?
The number of miles required depends on the route, travel dates, and airline programme. We recommend confirming the exact miles needed, along with any cash taxes and fees, directly with the airline before transferring your RevPoints.
