Mobile plan eSIM upgrade required
Install a new eSIM to upgrade your experience
You may be asked to install a new eSIM when buying a mobile plan, even if you have an existing eSIM. This is because the plan you've purchased requires an upgraded eSIM.
If you have a previous eSIM with us and an active plan, your old eSIM will remain active until its current data plan expires, after which it will be automatically terminated. All future data plans you buy will be added to the new eSIM.
If you have a previous eSIM with us but no active plan, you'll be prompted to install a new eSIM, as the purchased plan requires an upgrade. After this, any new data plans you purchase will be added to the new eSIM.
