How do I transfer my mobile plan to a new phone?
You can easily transfer your plan directly through the Revolut app, provided you have an active mobile plan. To complete the transfer, grab your new device and follow these steps:
- Open the app on your new phone and head to the 'eSIM' or 'Mobile' section
- You will see your existing plan listed with a status message saying 'Connected to another device'
- Tap the 'Transfer' banner (or select the plan directly) and choose 'Transfer to this device'
What happens next?
We'll automatically generate a new eSIM for your mobile plan for your new phone. This setup can take up to a few hours. We'll send you a push notification as soon as it's ready to be installed.
