Mobile plan access and payment
Getting started with mobile plans
- Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu and select 'Mobile' or 'eSIM'
- Or type 'Mobile' into the search bar
Purchasing a mobile plan
- Go to 'Mobile' or 'eSIM', and select the mobile plan you want
- Choose your primary number
- Go to the checkout
- Choose to pay for your plan from RevPoints, a Pocket balance, or both
You can select from your main account and fiat Pockets.
If you want to pay with RevPoints, just toggle the RevPoints option on. This means that every month we'll prioritise using your RevPoints to pay for your plan. If you don't have enough points to cover the full amount, we'll take the remaining balance from your chosen balance.
Purchasing secondary number add-ons
- Go to the 'Plan details' screen
- Select 'Manage'
- Tap 'Add new'
- Go to the checkout
- Choose to pay from RevPoints, a Pocket balance, or both
Updating your payment method
You can update your payment method at any time:
- Go to your mobile plan and select 'Plan details' → 'Billing' → 'Pay with'
- Select the current payment method displayed
- Choose how you'd like to make future payments
We'll use this method to make any future monthly plan payments or secondary number add-on payments.
