Cancel or reschedule a number transfer to Revolut Mobile
To cancel a number transfer, submit a request in the app. To do so:
- Tap your mobile plan and select ‘Plan details’
- Select 'Manage’
- Select the number that shows transfer in progress
- Select ‘Cancel number transfer’
To reschedule a transfer, simply submit the cancellation request and start a new number transfer request.
While waiting for the number transfer to complete
You can start using your mobile plan right after purchase. We'll provide you with an eSIM and a temporary phone number so you can make/receive calls and use data immediately. Once your number transfer is complete, your original number will link to the eSIM, and the temporary one will be deactivated.
