Cancel using STAC
You can cancel your old plan from your existing provider free of charge. You'll just need a STAC. Text 'STAC' to 75075 from your existing phone number with your current provider to get your code.
How to cancel your old plan in-app
- When you reach the checkout for your new plan, tap 'Cancel my old plan'
- Enter the phone number you want to close
- Enter your STAC
- You can track your account closure status via in-app banners and push notifications
Account closure usually takes 1 working day, and we’ll let you know when it’s done. When the account closure is complete, your agreement with your previous provider will be automatically terminated, and any relevant charges will be reflected in your last bill.
If you don’t use your STAC within 30 days, it’ll automatically expire and you'll need to request a new one.
