You can cancel your Revolut mobile plan at any time. To do so, go to 'Plan details', select ‘Billing’ and then ‘Cancel mobile plan’, or text 'STAC' to 75075 from your Revolut number. Once you receive your code, share it with your new provider to switch. You can also get a STAC via our in-app chat.

Cancel your mobile plan within 14 days of purchase for a partial refund. If you do this, your plan will end immediately. You won't get a refund for the current month if you cancel after 14 days, and your plan will stay active until the cycle ends. If you paid for the next month, you'll be refunded.

Your phone number will be disconnected 60 days after the end of your current billing cycle. If you want to keep it, you'll need to transfer your number to an external mobile network provider, or purchase a new Revolut mobile plan.

If you don't have enough money in your account each month, your plan payment will fail, and you'll be limited to incoming calls and texts only. To reactivate, click on the in-app banner prompting you to top up, complete the top up flow and your plan will restart immediately.

If your plan isn't renewed after a month, you'll lose inbound calls and texts, with 31 days to port your number before disconnection. To reactivate and restore your number, just tap the in-app banner, buy a new plan, and it will instantly activate on your eSIM.

2 months after a failed plan renewal, your service will be terminated and your number will be disconnected.

Restart your plan via the in-app banner or go to 'Mobile plans' and select 'Add plan'. It activates immediately or after your current billing period, depending on when you cancelled. You can keep your current number if it hasn't been disconnected or transferred.

In the Revolut app:

• Go to 'RevPoints' on the bottom menu
• Tap 'Mobile' and 'Add more data'
• Choose your desired coverage — local for one country, or regional or global for multiple countries
• Select the amount of data you need and confirm
